Use the [contact form](https://ownpost.fyi/contact) to reach our team. If you have already purchased, you can also use the support details in your Dodo Payments receipt.

## Order and deployment support

Include your order reference, the email used at checkout, and a short description of what you need. Sign in to your [customer account](https://ownpost.fyi/account) to submit deployment details and use the available booking or support information.

Do not send passwords, API keys, full card numbers, or security codes. If you are unsure whether a payment succeeded, check your receipt before paying again.

## Privacy requests
