# Find, filter and save a view

> Get back to the posts you work with most often.

Canonical: https://ownpost.fyi/docs/guides/find-posts

## Before you begin

Posts in your workspace, or an empty collection you want to organize.

## Steps

1. Open Content and choose Table, Board or Calendar independently of status. The calendar plans posts and blogs together. On smaller screens, open Filters to reveal the optional controls.

2. Select All active, Drafts, Scheduled, Published, Skipped or Archived, then add search, category and format filters.

3. In List, choose a Sort: default for the status, Recently edited, Oldest edited first, Planned time · earliest first, or Publication · newest first.

4. Expand Saved views, enter a View name such as Draft threads, then choose Save current view. Reusing a name updates that saved view.

5. Open a saved view to restore its filters, view and sort. Older saved Calendar views open the Calendar workspace with their post filters and period. Loaded pages reset. Use Remove to delete a saved view, or Clear filters to broaden the current collection.

6. Open a post and use Back to return to its context. Use Load more for further results.

## A practical example

Filter Drafts by Thread and your Product lessons category, sort by Recently edited, then save the view as Draft threads. That view is available in the same browser next time.

## Check the result

You can reopen your usual collection without rebuilding the filters.

## Troubleshooting

Saved views live only in this browser, with a limit of 12. They are not part of a server backup. Check status and clear search before assuming a post was deleted.
