1. Digital kit delivery
After payment is confirmed, we email a secure sign-in link to the checkout email address. Open your customer account to connect GitHub and accept access to the private kit repository. The kit includes source code and documentation for your own deployment.
Access depends on successful payment verification, accurate contact information, GitHub account linking, and acceptance of the repository invitation. Check the email address used for checkout and your spam folder. Payment verification and provider processing can cause delays; do not submit a second payment to resolve a delivery delay.
2. Booking deployment help
If you purchased deployment help, sign in to your customer account to submit your setup details and arrange a session. Your account includes preparation and after-launch guides. The combined offer includes the kit; deployment-only purchases require an existing kit license.
The service covers initial workspace deployment, hosting and environment setup assistance, help connecting your MCP client, and a handover. Timing is agreed during booking and depends on availability and your account readiness. Purchasing the service does not mean a session has already been scheduled.
3. What you provide
You provide your hosting and other provider accounts, required permissions, billing arrangements, and any API or AI credentials needed for the connections you choose. Accounts and credentials remain yours. Use temporary or limited access when obtaining help and revoke it afterward.
Hosting, domains, third-party subscriptions, and API usage are paid separately to the relevant providers. Free plans depend on eligibility and usage. For self-setup, review the deployment guide before buying.
4. After handover
You operate your workspace and maintain provider accounts, connections, updates, and backups. Ongoing managed hosting, custom features, unlimited support, and future migrations are outside the initial deployment service unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Delivery issues and cancellations
For a missing invitation, inaccessible kit, or missing service instructions, contact support with your order reference and checkout email. Never send full payment details or secret credentials.
