Before you begin
A connected assistant with Full workspace tools and, for slot planning, preferred posting times.
Steps
Filter Content to the posts you mean, such as Drafts or No date, so you can name them clearly.
Ask your assistant to use the ownpost-bulk skill, for example to plan these drafts in my free posting slots next week, archive these drafts, or change their category. Name the account when you use more than one.
The assistant reads each post's current version and applies changes in batches of up to 25. Each item is saved separately, so one conflict does not undo the others.
Review the reported result for every item. Retry only the failures after checking their current state in Content.
A practical example
Select five finished drafts, preview Plan in free posting slots and review the assigned order and times. If one draft changes elsewhere, keep the four successful results and preview the remaining item again.
Check the result
Each requested post has a known result, and the changes are visible in Content.
Troubleshooting
A post changed elsewhere is rejected with a conflict; ask the assistant to re-read it and try again. Bulk changes never publish to X, grant publishing approval or permanently delete a post. Approved API jobs are managed individually.
