Choose what can notify you
Control categories, quiet hours and the shared daily limit.

Before you begin
Notifications → notification preferences.
Steps
Open Notifications and find Choose what reaches you. Choose Edit notification preferences.
For the daily writing challenge, select 12 posts + 1 blog. This enables all three categories and a limit of 50 notifications per day, preserving quiet hours. Twelve manual posts can need up to 36 reminders; the remaining room supports routine and assistant updates. Save to apply the preset.
Keep Post reminders enabled for manually scheduled posts, including when X API publishing is configured. Posts approved for automatic delivery follow their API schedule instead. Routine reminders covers blog-writing and other saved routines.
Under Quiet hours and daily limit, set Quiet hours start and Quiet hours end in the displayed workspace timezone. Leave both blank, or make them equal, to turn quiet hours off.
Set Maximum notifications per day (0 = mute all), then choose Save notification preferences. Preset choices apply only after saving.
Check Notification preferences saved. If another session changed them, your draft stays visible; deliberately use Reload saved preferences when ready to replace it.
For delivery failures, inspect Updates needing attention in Assistant. Check Telegram and your devices before resolving or retrying an uncertain delivery.
Example request
Set quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM in the displayed timezone and choose a daily limit that suits you. Save, then reopen the preferences to verify both endpoints and the limit.
Check the result
Only selected categories can deliver, subject to quiet hours and the shared daily limit.
Troubleshooting
Quiet hours and caps defer delivery; scheduled reminders expire after 24 hours. These settings do not move API publication times, send a test or create a routine. A failed save retains your choices.
