Set your timezone and posting routine

Choose local times you can recognize, with an optional daily goal.

Before you begin

An owner session. No integration is required.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Posting routine and choose Edit posting routine. Search for your city under Timezone or choose Use device timezone, then verify the selected timezone.

  2. Leave the daily goal off, or enable a number that suits your routine. It is an optional target.

  3. Choose Add posting time, enter the time and expand Customize days to select weekdays. Add another time for a different weekday or weekend routine. Use Enabled to pause a time without removing it.

  4. Review the timezone, times and daily goal, then choose Save posting routine. The panel closes after a successful save.

  5. When planning a post, choose Next available time to use an unoccupied future slot. A preferred slot alone never publishes or schedules a draft.

Example request

For a weekday writing routine, choose your IANA timezone and add 09:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Add a separate weekend time if needed. Your calendar uses these preferences when you request an available time.

Use the ownpost-schedule skill to add a 9 AM Posting Slot on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in my saved workspace timezone. Keep my other slots.

Planning offers sensible future times in your saved timezone.

Troubleshooting

Changing timezone changes how times are displayed; it does not move previously scheduled instants. A missing daylight-saving clock time must be changed; a repeated hour needs an explicit occurrence.
