Choose a reminder or API publishing time

Make the intended delivery mode explicit before choosing a time.

Before you begin

A saved draft; an X connection only for API publication.

Steps

  1. Open a draft and choose Remind me, or Schedule when X API publishing is available. Choose Manual reminder or Automatic with X API for this post; connecting X keeps both options available.

  2. For a manual reminder, choose Later today, Tomorrow, Next available time when offered, or a custom date and time. Check the visible timezone.

  3. Choose Save reminder for manual posting. Connect Telegram and enable Post reminders in Notifications to receive a nudge when it is due. Merely selecting a date or saving writing does not schedule a post.

  4. For automatic delivery, choose Automatic with X API. Your selected time carries into Schedule API publication. Review the saved content and destination, then explicitly approve the schedule. Manual reminder takes you back to the reminder form.

  5. Check the label in Content, in the Table, Board or Calendar view: Reminder · publish manually requires you to post; Auto-publish approved identifies approved API delivery and its account. Change time opens the correct manual or API controls for an existing plan.

Example request

Choose a manual reminder for a post you want to publish yourself tomorrow morning. Use the API approval flow when you want the hosted workspace to send the reviewed content at that time.

Troubleshooting

A reminder is not authorization to publish. Existing reminders stay manual. With no free preferred slot, choose a custom future time or add one in Posting routine. Approvals that changed must be reviewed again.
