Plan from Month, Week or Day
Plan posts and blog milestones together without losing your filters.

Calendar in workspace navigation.
Steps
Select Month, Week or Day and move to the date you want. Week is the default calendar view.
Choose All content, Posts or Blogs, then search or filter by planned and published dates. Older post category and format filters remain visible until removed. Published posts use their actual publication date; planned posts use their planned time. Delivery labels distinguish manual reminders from approved API work.
Expand Unscheduled drafts, or Undated posts when that heading is shown, to find writing without a date.
Use Add post in the selected day's agenda, Add post on a weekday, or New post with that date selected. The editor opens with an editable date suggestion. Keep as draft leaves it unscheduled; Schedule explicitly saves a time.
Open an event for its details and return to the same date and filters. On phones, use the selected-day agenda or the week list.
A practical example
Switch to Week, open Wednesday and choose Add post. Write with that date in mind, then explicitly schedule the draft or keep it undated. Changing the selected date alone creates no plan.
Check the result
The calendar reflects the selected status and dates, with undated work still reachable.
Troubleshooting
Archived posts appear only with the Archived filter. Held, partial and uncertain API jobs show their status in the post's API delivery details, even if their planned time is not due yet.
